Choice to remove payment via Stripe from invoices

Should be able to set payment options for invoices.
If a sub account has Stripe connected for the purpose of taking payments for events, but only wants to provide bank details on invoices for payment by bank deposit only that should be possible.

I just put my bank details in the note and instruct customers to pay that way. 99% do but the odd one still uses the stripe button if the want to use a credit card. In the UK I am paying 1.5% for a small business is a lot I would also prefer the button to be removed
