I fully agree that we absolutely need this! A 3-month subscription is DIFFERENT from a payment plan over 3 months because a payment plan cannot be canceled.
If the customers orders a product for $3,000 and the payment plan is 3 x $1,000 payments over 3 months and the product or service gets delivered right after their first payment, the customer should not be able to cancel but all payments in the payment plan need to be scheduled with no option for the customer to cancel.

To provide some more details here,
If Product #1 is $4,000 with a delivery/event date on September 1st, when customer chooses to pay in 4 separate payments the payments will be configured to be charged quarterly between the time of purchase and the time of the delivery/event date on September 1st.
- Use Case Example: venues may want a down payment (which may be nice to customize first payment amount) then consecutive payments leading up to but payed before the event date.

Is there an update on this? I have clients that sell large service packages, payments need to be broken up to weekly, monthly or specific amounts. Is there a way to do this currently, or a timeline for this to be implemented? Thank you

Can this not be done using the current feature of setup fees and number of payments.
Let's say we have a product of $1000 dollars, either they can purchase the product upon one-time payment or an option of a recurring product can be set with $100/month or week frequency and total 10 payments. The customer will be able to chose among the two?

Sales & Marketing: Yes, however, in cases like I just listed on this thread, some businesses may want the recurring product/service payments to be paid before a set due date.
Another example is the HighLevel summit, if I purchase a $1,000 ticket today and choose 2 payments I get charged one today and one in a week or a month or year from now.
Changing this to automatically adjust payments to all be due before a set date can help businesses fulfill and have all necessary cash collected on/by a set date.

Sales & Marketing: I think it can be done by creating another product ? It would be nice to have a choice for the customer between one option or another. We don't want everyone to pay in instalments if they don't want to, and we can have different prices for different payment plans. Can of like a pricing table "Yearly - 20% off" etc, but all within the same HL product. Thrivecart does this too, and it's cool to have some people pay upfront even if not everyone can.
