South African Payment Gateway integrations
under review

Hi, I have a few customers in South Africa and right now there is no way for them to actually accept payments through GHL as Stripe is not available in South Africa and as far as I could see PayPal does not allow linking to a South African Bank Account. Your new (planned) integration with Authorize.net is also not an option as it's also not available in South Africa. Could you please consider adding one of the payment gateways in this article ( https://sashares.co.za/payment-gateways/#gs.hl6esj ) so my customers can take payments through GHL.

Kevin Pohl That's great to hear. I was also thinking of getting it done, but will wait to see what comes out of this.

Eugene Britz and others: As one of the first South African Agencies to join this platform, we've eagerly anticipated this moment. With the recent release of the custom payment API, we are actively working on integrating all the major South African payment gateways. Payfast integration is already in progress, and we aim to have a working version by the end of the month. Soon you'll have a handful of options your customers can use to accept payments.

Ok I've been one of the first to vote and create a ticket on payment gates for SA. Here is what I've done and found to work.
- Paypal can work with FNB- but it doesn't fully intergrate with GHL/ Paypal. So NO GO!
- Shawn has mentioned another way around a while ago via NMI - I've contacted them and they said they only work with businesses over 5 million Pounds. SO NO GO
- Then we should be able to build an API via the Marketplace - Still new but Complex at this stage!!!
- Open a Stripe account and everything works - SA opened a US Company via Stripe/mercury bank account - MISSION but I've done it and can still use all the features - but double taxation and lots of paperwork and taxes!!
***** NOW HERE IS THE ISSUE
All of our clients are not gonna open accounts with STRIPE for their shops SO NO GO AGAIN
We as South Africans would prefer if you get a payment gateway like below - BECAUSE I've TRIED EVERYTHING! Indian Payment Gateway has been launched last week -so lets how we are next. See payment gateways with SA below
PLEASE GHL SORT US OUT NEXT!!

Has anyone managed to find a workaround for this through custom API integration perhaps? It is INSANE that we cannot launch an e-commerce store in South Africa but must pay the same for GHL as everyone else.
