Pull Facebook Reviews Into Reputation Tab

The system currently pulls Facebook Recommendations and Google Reviews. The Facebook Recommendations do not show ratings (star system). Would be beneficial for clients that do not have a Google my Business (no Google Reviews) to utilize their Facebook Reviews instead of Recommendations since the Review Widget does not show a star or rating system for Recommendations (it just shows 0.00)!

Facebook reviews are now fetched in the system. Navigate to Reputation -> Settings -> Integration and add your Facebook page to start pulling in reviews.

Reshma K why can we only fetch reviews for one profile whereas on GMB review we can fetch multiple?

This is working fine for me with Facebook Reviews. Probably an old issue that has been resolved now.
