Google Local Service Ads plays a huge role in lead communications with our agency's clients. https://ads.google.com/local-services-ads/I would like to see Google Local Service ads be integrated within the "Conversations" and "Phone Call Tracking Reports" section of the client's sub account. Can this be done like Google Ads & Google My Business?

How about with the integration the ability to mark leads as booked or dispute leads from with in HL without having to log into the Google LSA Dashboard?
Also the ability to reply to the LSA Lead Message if the Lead messaged instead of called or "booked" an appointment.

Robert Diaz: This is a great feature. I agree Marketing360 has a nice LSA reporting dashboard in their system. Would love to see something similar.

Core Platform: you guys need to fix the current google ads report before you add this. I am unable to see conversions and cost per conversion for each campaign, ad and ad group. And the formula for calculating conversion rate and click through rates is wrong. It should not be a decimal AND a percentage.

Core Platform: Is there a workaround in the meantime that i can do for my clients? Use case: client uses local service ads and it forwards to their business number which is then forwarded to highlevel number. But calls don't get tracked or registered and neither does missed call text back. What should i do in this case? Note: this is only happening with google local services ads one as it uses a google phone number which then forwards to business number then to GHL number.

Manji Pal If you put the GHL phone number as the number in local service ads, it will forward accordingly. I do this currently and calls are being recorded
