Because it has over 900 MILLION ACTIVE users now. Almost 1 BILLION. That’s A LOT of users!!!

I'd like the ability to hire out or create my own communication methods to use to interact with contacts in the CRM. Once I create a communication method for my own uses, I might want to sell or give it to other agencies through the marketplace.Today, I need to communicate through WhatsApp since my audience uses WhatsApp almost exclusively. But, I currently don't have a way to use the CRM with WhatsApp, so my staff must work double to go back to the CRM to update contacts after external WhatsApp conversations. The CRM already has email, FB and SMS. But there's potential for many more types of communication if the app had the proper hooks and integration points for custom communication methods.

We switched to WhatSnap.ai for exactly this reason. Our team was doing the same double work between WhatsApp and GHL until we found a way to get real WhatsApp messages flowing directly into conversations. Custom channels through API would be incredible though.

I would recommend using TelegrApp as well as long as GHL does nothing about it.

Since I use Telegram for my business, I have built a Telegram Integration for GHL. I have also decided to make it public, its called TelegrApp. Hope it helps. You can connect multiple accounts and make some automations
