Currently, Facebook Pixels created via the HighLevel Ads Manager are designed to work without requiring a manual access token for Conversion API.
However, when trying to use these same Pixels in the Funnel Event Settings , users are still required to manually enter an Access Token, even if the Pixel was generated inside the Ads Manager.
Why this is a problem:
It creates confusion and inconsistency:
→ In Ads Manager: token is handled automatically
→ In Funnel tracking: token must be entered manually
Users expect a seamless experience when working with GHLI-generated Pixels across the platform.
It breaks the server-side PageView tracking (via CAPI) unless the user manually retrieves a token from the Facebook Events Manager – which defeats the purpose of "automatic" Pixel creation.
Proposed Solution:
Funnel → Veranstaltungen should recognize and support GHL Ad Manager Pixels without requiring a manual Access Token.
Detect internally connected Pixels automatically
Suppress or bypass token requirement if a GHL-created Pixel is used
Optional: Show a label like “Managed by GHL – Token not needed”
Impact:
✅ Improves UX and consistency
✅ Avoids user error and failed tracking
✅ Supports full-funnel tracking with Conversion API
✅ Reduces setup complexity for non-technical users
