Trigger + Actions based on User Input

There is still no way to trigger or run an action “upon a” or “waiting for” a user input.
This means no way to round robin leads again when a user doesn’t reply within x amount of time.
This is something 50% of our clients ask about and every single one of them would value once they see it. It’s the same for most industries, being able to notify management or round robin again if a user doesn’t action a lead is extremely important.
I’m a power user. There is no way around this. We have tried everything but salesrep’s will find ways to not do their work or to avoid it is the system doesn’t force their actions. Automated calls, trigger links, waiting for tags, moving stages, outbound communication (from the customer). None of these practically solve the issue and we have tried a lot of crazy things to make this work now but there’s no way to ensure we can force reps to work the leads unless the system does something if they don’t action the leads.
