Hi Guys, in 2010 I developed software called Quick Sales System. This integrated with the Infusionsoft API directly. One of the features we designed was called Smart Up Sells (long before anyone else was doing this.) Here's how it worked... Once a person placed an order the system would look for a tag on the users contact record. Example: Product A. If the Up Sell for the new purchase was Product A, AND the customer already owned product A, the system would bypass the up sell page (because this customer already owns this product) and show another up sell page. The reason I designed this was to maximize revenue in the funnel by not wasting opportunities showing existing products to people who had purchased them in the past. Now, we did it with the Infusionsoft API and would look at the users tags, or products purchased. This feature would be fantastic in GHL. The set up for the funnel is simply a matter of the owner setting up a few up sell pages, and then saying "If a person already owns this product, skip to the next up sell automatically." I'm sure you guys can make a feature like this in GHL, it would awesome.
