SEO Metadata not staying filled out

Every time I edit a funnel step and hit save it pops up the SEO metadata settings, all with empty values, even though I have filled them out multiple times before.

I figured out the issue for me was when Chrome is set to 100% (actual size), the Update SEO Meta button is hiding, and I could not scroll to it. I had to "Zoom Out" to about 70-80% to even see the button.
