ONE DAY of Programmer work to develop an in-app funnel for somebody answering the phone. Don't force people through an online funnel if they prefer to call. No phone system necessary --- just a programmer spending a day transferring the off-app functionality on landing pages, and making it available in-app.
This is ultra, ultra basic call center agent stuff. But the goal is to make it ultra, ultra simple. A funnel that presents one step at a time is the answer. And is crucial for businesses that have more than one location. in that funnel the agent answering the call needs to select the sub-location that the caller is in, for location specific automation (i.e. google review solicitation) and location specific branding.
With a 1000 features already requested I'm guessing I'll see this in 2050. I hope not. One day of a programmers time is all that is needed, and it would help partially satisfy the hundred+ inbound call ideas that are already listed here.
