Enable/Disable Timezone Capture on Order forms

We need an option to enable or disable time zone capture on order forms. Currently, our sales team fills out these forms on behalf of leads, which updates the contact's time zone to the sales rep's time zone. This is causing issues with automations that rely on the contact’s actual time zone for scheduling and follow-ups.
Implementing a toggle to disable automatic time zone capture would help ensure accuracy and prevent disruptions in our workflows.
