we need to be able to add custom fields to checkout forms and be able to HIDE THEM...this is especially important for collecting parameters in the URL for affiliates.

WE need to get back on the banwagon for this! THe form with payment in it is not functioning correctly and banks are declining 20-25% of our orders since we moved over. And Also, we sell 100 tickets a month and people buy multiple tickets. We need a way when someone can buy multiple tickets they can register those additional tickets so they can get reminders too.

Previous Button and Email validation

Another feature we now need is a "Previous button" on the 1 step order form, so customers can easily go back and correct their personal information on the newly created form, incase there is an error.

Also we are experiencing that wrong emails are not flagged by the software for correction to be made . Thus the student ends up not receiving the login information and request a refund.

I had to create a form for them to update their personal information and then manually re-offer them the course but again, too many forms to fill gives a very poor customer experience.

I offer Food Handler certification course and some students have 3 and 4 official names that must appear on the certificate, but the software picks only their first two names and that is what appears on their certificate.

The work Around Solution:

I had to create a separate form just to be able to add space for the other names as custom values and then add the custom values to the certificate.

After filling this new form, students are required to fill in their name and other personal Infor again on the 1 Step other form ( which I strongly believe is same with the 2 step order form).

The customers are not happy filling in their personal information twice.

It is not a good user experience at all.

Plus they are not happy that they must go to their email to get the link to create their password.

On Competitors website, students are able to put-in their personal information, pay for the course, get a pop-up to create a password and login to the student portal all on the same page. We need to beat the competition.

In addition to making the order form editable, it would be extremely useful to have the option to save the order form, like a traditional form! This way, it wouldn’t need to be recreated in every funnel, and I could move it between subaccounts. Is there an open ticket for this already?

This ticket was opened a long time ago. Do you have any information on when this is planned to be developed? It significantly complicates daily work that we can’t add fields, not all fields can be edited, and there are unnecessary fields (like asking for the country twice), etc.

A must needed feature. Right now this can be done using custom code as quick fix. I wrote a code and it's working fine . Possible to add any dropdown field as well . Works fine with two step and regular order form but we can't set those custom fields as required
