Allow Intro GIFS to play for Hosted Videos

Currently - Having a video that plays automatically is not a good experience. They have to back track, unmute, and play again.
If the experience allowed for a small preview GIF of the video with a play button over the top (Similar to Vimeo)
This would create interest on the video, and allow them to hit Play and have the video start at the beginning unmuted.
The current process for hosted video is a bit clunky.
We want the illusion that the video is playing, but when they hit the play button, the video restarts, and is unmuted.

hope that will resolve soon:
the uploaded video should preview as an animated GIF for the 1st 5-10 seconds. All other are conversion killer
Or for now at least the 1st frame as preview picture. NOW is BLACK - no good experience . pls resolve - we have 2024

You can use an animated gif as the thumbnail of a hosted video but yeah you still gotta export the first few seconds as a gif, add a play button etc
