Allow Custom Value in Coundown Settings

Instead of manually setting End Date on all Countdown timers in funnel(s), allow the option to use a custom value with date set in MM-DD-YYYY HH:MM format.
Some funnels have multiple countdown timers throughout set for a specific date. This will make it easy to update them at once using a custom value.
