Currently, if I have a global section (such as a header) that includes a button meant to scroll to a specific element, the button only functions on the page where the "scroll to" element is present. When we add this global section to a different page, the button becomes ineffective.

It would be useful to have the option to specify which step or page the button should redirect to if the "scroll to" element is not located on the current page. This way, the button can redirect to the correct page before scrolling to the desired element.
