This would be great!
This is in Norwegain, but a perfect example of how I would like this to be:
This is an example of a GHL form I would like to breake up in 3 sides/slides:
I know this kinda overlaps the survey feature, but if the survey feature gets a little renovation with conditional logic and a better overview (zoomed out with if/else branches and go to actions) it would still be two different features and areas of use.

Just wanted to add that you might want a customized final step based on data entered. For example I was looking to have the user request rates for X services that they chose from a multi select. Then on the final page I wanted to display the rates only for the chosen items, so I would need some way to perform a loop over them. I'm brand new to this system so I'm not sure if this is possible or I am missing another way to do it.

With this, a further enhancement would be to save the data entered into each step. For instance, we could collect the user's contact data, save it, and then continue with more questions. That way, if a user starts to fill out a form and then stops part way through, we could follow-up to see if they need assistance.

This would be great. The format of the surveys to be one question at a time is great, but then you lose the conditional logic. Having both would make forms much better.

Where are we on this? My forms are getting cut off when embedded into wordpress because of the length... Surveys have multi-step? Why not regular forms? Alternative would be to allow us to tie surveys into the Calendar when someone books. Seems like this should have been implemented a long time ago.

That would be incredible. Especially for high price leads. Too many people do not fill a long form when they see too many questions on the first page

Development: Please write the progress for each step so you can do multi-tier leads. e.g. last_step = X...

Josh Docktor: What do you mean by this? I think this should be an easy fix... #1. Duplicated the tech from "Surveys" and push it over to "Forms".... or #2. Allow us to choose a "Survey" when setting our Calendars so we can tie a "survey" to the customer when they book an appointment.

I would argue that in some cases, a Survey form would do the trick and work perfectly well as a multi-step form. It does not have the level of design of a Xti-Step form, but it is a good starting point if you don't want external integration.
My Thoughts!

Christian M.: Agreed! Not sure why they can't port over the code/tech from "surveys" to "forms" and call it a day.

Yes, please! This would be a terrific addition for the forms and UX.
