If the the question Have Number field as a input the Qualify the lead based on grater than or equal to a number or less than or equal to a number and give a range to the input number or limit the number of char allowed.

Disqualify the lead based on 2 or more questions. If this two questions disqualify then only lead gets disqualified but any one is disqualified then it can be a qualified lead. Like And/Or logic in the survey would be really helpful.
