Recently, I found this issue. There were two A records in my DNS zone: one was for the GHL domain setting, and the other was for a previous host, which sometimes caused a 404 page error. After studying, I found out that it was because of an A record conflict.

So my suggestion here, please update your guides and docs to indicate that replace old A records and then add GHL IP address only in one A record, which will only loadthe GHL site, not the previous host site.
