I need the ability to sell a domain to my sub accounts that are not yet on SaaS mode. The way this would work is:

* The sub account admin goes to Domains, clicks Buy

* They are presented a purchase screen, where they are going to make payment to my Agency account. The purchase screen is preconfigured with my markup.

* The sub account admin completes payment and authorizes the transaction

* The domain is acquired and applied to the sub account

* (optionally) SaaS mode is enabled on the sub account for auto-renewals
