Virtual Job Quotes

We started doing virtual quotes during the pandemic and noticed a lift in response. Instead of my client going over to the prospect's home to give a quote, the quote is done via video call.We made it super easy for our prospects to join the video call without having to have the same app/software, we just set the appointment and send them the link to join. They click on the video link, my client clicks on the video link and they are connected. No zoom, no google hangouts, no skype, etc. Just a simple link that joins the callers. My client directs the prospect where to point the phone to capture footage to gain an understanding of the project and the estimate is done on the spot. Docusign sent, received and on to the project. We've been testing Talky and Linkello. Would be nice to have recording to go back and look at the quote.

Would want to understand more on the use case here. Are we looking at getting the call recording or ability to send a quote while on call only.

Sales & Marketing: Yes we must record calls for future reference, and since Estimates are going to be made available on mobile very soon sending an instant quote or one later shouldn't be a problem.

Interesting.
This could be also used for those who have other engagement/enrolment type qualifying calls with prospects.
