Contract-blocking failure in HighLevel’s mobile e-signing experience. Yet another easy to fix product issue.
On iPhone, entering a required date causes the signing interface to zoom in automatically. The interface then fails to restore the proper viewport, making the Next/Finish button completely disappear. A signer cannot complete the document unless they somehow know to manually pinch-zoom outward.
Clients should never need to discover a hidden gesture just to finish signing a legally important document. To them, the process simply appears broken, with no visible way to submit after completing every required field.
This creates abandoned agreements, frustrated clients, lost revenue, and serious damage to the credibility of businesses relying on HighLevel.
Expected behavior: The mobile viewport must reset after the date picker closes, and the Next/Finish control must remain persistently visible and accessible at every screen size.
Actual behavior: Completing the date field enlarges the interface and hides the only control that allows the signer to finish.
This requires immediate attention from the product and engineering teams. Mobile contract completion is core functionality, not an optional enhancement. Please prioritize and resolve this production-blocking defect as quickly as possible.
