The contracts don't seem to have any function where it tracks the IP address or any identifying information about the signee. So, how does this digital contract serve any real legal purpose? We can't prove that the person who signed the digital contract is actually the person who signed it. There needs to be a way to tie the IP address of the signee to the contract for this to have any legal merit.
