I'd like to be able to set an expiration date w/ a small countdown timer on documents. Many of my SaaS users utilize product lists to turn documents into proposal. After the document expires, they'd like for it to remain viewable, but the client can't take any actions (i.e. sign the document, etc.)

There should also be a "reactivate" button that allows users to unlock the document or re-set the timer, which would then unlock the document.
