đź’» The Problem
When any Document or Contract is downloaded as a PDF, GHL automatically inserts text (often in the footer or margin) that says "View Document" and "Pagination".
This presents several critical issues for agencies:
Unprofessional Appearance: This text acts like a watermark or "graffiti" on an otherwise professional, client-facing legal document or proposal. It detracts from our branding.
No Control: There is no option in the settings and no documentation explaining how to remove this. We are forced to send official documents with this unwanted text.
Confusing for Clients: The text is confusing for the end-user (our clients) who are signing or reviewing the document.
🤔 Why This is an Urgent Issue
GHL has suggested this is for "document verification," but the "View Document" text is non-functional. It isn't a clickable link and serves no apparent verification purpose, making the document look broken or poorly designed.
đź’ˇ The Solution
Please provide a simple toggle in the settings (either at the Account level or per-document) to disable this "View Document" and "Pagination" text overlay from all PDF downloads. We need full control over the final appearance of our client-facing documents.
