Manually set Estimates as declined

There are estimates that the lead dont accept but they dont decline the estimate electronically just verbally, we should be able to update the status manually to declined.

This is crucial, only option is to delete the estimate to stop reminders. Owners need to be able to set the estimate as declined manually!

Yes! It's silly that you can't do this manually. The system help even guides you how, even though it's not possible. It's clearly a gap.

This would be awesome to add. There's a workaround: you can copy the estimate link and decline it, but that's extra work. It'd be way smoother to do it right in the system.
