Improved WYSIWYG editor for Proposals and Estimates

The editor for proposals is very rudimentary. It would be great if we can create attractive proposals to send to clients and prospects.

The problem doesn't just affect the suggestion editor — all editors in the system are too weak. A unified, modern editor with tables, formatting, emojis, images, and HTML support would be a huge step. The system currently seems out of time on this point.

Please add the ability to include the customer's business name under "Billed To." Also, please add the ability to make the country not required so that it will not show up on invoices. I only work with clients in the USA. Also, make the blue line and the website link a color that is associated with my branding.
