I would like to have the ability to create some sort of cost calculator which will generate an estimate after filling in the questions on the cost calculator/estimate generator.
so a survey builder which will generate an estimate with a dynamic calculated price based on the giving answers in the survey.

I don't know why you have estimate templates, you cant do anything with the template except inserting standard information and the only way you can use it is to actually go into templates, then estimates, then click on the ellipse as then "Use template". If you go into Estimates and then "+New Estimate" there, it uses the standard one anyway. This is something I've not said about GHL before, but that is just ridiculous.(Most of your stuff verges on brilliantly thought out).
So, please let me edit the template, including determining which columns are in the product table (I don't want to use Qty & price, just sub total) and let me use custom fields. For example, we have a custom field called "Scope of Work" which we used to put on our quotes, but I cant do that now. And, when I do an estimate, let me choose which template to use. Basically give me flexibility like you have in Documents and Contracts.

My users hate the word Estimate and use QUOTATION, It's so frustrating you cannot edit the fixed ESTIMATE header on Estimates. SURELY this is a simple fix? Please stop adding new features, please make editable to reflect that we provide a Quote, or Quotation for the work a fixed price, not an Estimate, which, certainly in the UK has the inference, it might change.

I love the idea of this feature, which would work great as a front-end tool. Please could we also allow products to be added to the opportunities so that it too can dynamically recreate the value of one-off and recurring payments, and then allow estimate, invoice, contract generation at the click of a button.

here are some example screenshots
when clicking on get quote an pop-up appears at the right bottom and there are different surveys to calculate prices for different products. at the end of the surveys customer gets an overview all de offers from different products at once.
i tried to get an offer for 2 different products in the screenshots and at the end I'll get an overview of the total costs per product calculation based on my answers
