When using Public Document Links in GoHighLevel, the system handles multi-signer flow automatically, but users cannot control or customize the invitation process for the second signer.
We need the ability for the first signer to:
• Enter the second signer’s name and email
• Trigger a custom email template instead of the default system email
• Log the second signer as a contact in CRM
• Trigger automations when the second signer is invited
• Trigger automations when the second signer signs
This feature is important for legal agreements, contracts, waivers, and multi-party business documents where tracking and branded communication are required.
