HighLevel currently allows users to create custom email templates with merge fields for sending out contracts and signable documents — a great touch for maintaining brand consistency during the outreach process. However, this same flexibility does not extend to the signature confirmation email, which is automatically sent to a signer once they complete a document. This confirmation email is a key client-facing touchpoint, yet it remains outside the user's control in terms of design and messaging. We'd love to see HighLevel add the ability to create a fully customizable HTML email template — with merge field support — for signature confirmation emails, bringing it in line with the existing sending template functionality.
