This may sit in both automations and documents & contracts, but the ability to add a tag (trigger) to an automation to send a document or contract, but have a manual task to customize the templated contract in or document with fee information, custom content, etc, and then when saved or completed, it continues the automation to send the custom document. ie custom sales agreements, templated legal agreements, etc...
Once the custom content is completed it makes a copy of the completed document that is then sent to the customer.
Today, you cannot choose the document type you want to send manually in the automation if it requires customization.
Not sure if I am babbling or not, but we have a requirement for this with a potential client, and our testing only allows to send a single templated doc without modification prior via the automation.
