Here's the Written Problem:

When we click Go Live we have to complete the form (no problem there). Then prior to streaming session we can enable the camera and the microphone. Then we click the start the session button and the recording screen opens up. But at that moment, the streaming has started and there's nothing on the screen except a brown background. At that moment, we have to re-enable the camera and the microphone and wait for them to start before we're on screen and the "live session" is actually live.

For me, the primary problem is that the recording of the live session has 7-9 seconds of silence with the brown screen in the window. Further, there doesn't seem to be a way to download the recording in order to trim the video (which actually defeats the purpose of going live in the first place – no post-production needed).

I love the concept – the results need some fine-tuning.
