Allow editing of default email for documents & contracts

You cannot currently edit the default email. It's not terrible, but not good either. I want to make a few small edits to the default, instead of creating an entirely new email. The default has a couple formatted things that I can't find an easy way to recreate in a blank email.
I don't want to change the default permanently, I'd like to save my edited default as a custom email, but I just don't want to be forced to start from scratch, just to change 10 words in an otherwise acceptable email.

The ability to edit an email is important. Using a template as a starting point to create a draft email and then having the ability to edit draft email is not only common but a criticial business need that should be supported.

Please create the ability for different email templates to be created for different contracts. I'd like to use the contracts feature t send a variety of different agreements to be signed. Everything from NDAs to Licensing Certificates and even Coaching Agreement forms. Id like the ability to send bespoke emails for each usecase, instead of getting one email template to try to request the signature. Right now this limitation means that messaging the recipient received can be 'clunky' ... Please also consider this when reviewing Christopher Baber's original request. Thanks Nick
