Can you add an internal notification option or feature to Contracts that will allow us to know when a contract was signed? Or when it is still pending, so we know to follow up with a client?
Currently, DropBox Sign (HelloSign) will automatically email their customers when they have pending contracts that have not yet been signed.

I've just realised that this can easily be set up using an automation for documents,.
I used the trigger for docs - filter for status = sent.
Then, set your reminder messages using the doc>link custom field.

Steve Day how do you figure out the doc link custom field? I have a workflow thats automating all the docuents we are sending. Any suggestions on how to grab it from the workflow for the reminders?
