We need better view for contracts (user needs to sign) we dont need to dig for this and only relay on the user email outside the platform. If its a user in the system which 99% are we need to see a action required (sign these) very obvious

Definitely something we're looking forward to. We currently use PandaDoc to track Client activity on Proposal and it's very effective. Once this is integrated, it's a no-brainer for all our clients.
The ability to know when a client has seen the proposal or estimate so that we can guage the interest of the client.
Notifications
- Time client opened proposal/estimate
- Amount of time the client looked at the proposal/estimate
- Log of client activity on proposal/estimate like Website Tracking
- Which page did they look at the longest.
It's a very effective tool for closing to be emailed when the client has opened the proposal so that we're ready to answer any questions or engage in a meeting.
