It would be helpful if the "Needs to Accept" for members who are being CC'd on a document be optional. Or, if the language can be changed. Currently, there is a "Click to Finish" bar at the top of the document when a CC'd member opens the document. Would be great to have an "accept to view document" button in the email or that same button on top of a blurred out screen before they can view the document. Currently, if the CC'd member opens the document, but does not click the "Finish" button at the top, the system does not recognize that as accepted, and will hold the document in the "Waiting for others" stage, even if the document has been signed. This has caused some confusion, as it does not notify the Admin who is facilitating the process, that the document has been completed, even though all parties have signed.

We should be able to forward a copy of the completed agreement via a workflow to an external email.
