You cannot currently open more than one window by choice, though sometimes a smaller modal automatically opens. There are times when working on an automation workflow and another project are happening simultaneously -- Being able to open more than one instance would be helpful.

We are actually working on getting multi tab support on the desktop app which will help you work on different modules or sub accounts all at once. You will not be able to more than one window yet, but we are working towards how can we enable that as well.
