Tasks on Dashboard

As a business owner of an account they want to be able to see ALL tasks as a default on the dashboard, in the same way an Agency user does, as they dont have tasks assigned but want to monitor that all are being dealt with.

Other power users use the Task list as their to do list. They want it to default to the last setting for the sort drop downs.
eg so if they choose Pending, DESC and UserName it recalls this each time they navigate to the dashboard
Otherwise the customer experience is that GHJL forgets who they are every time they navigate to the Dashboard.
