Custom Menu Link Customization and restrict visibility them to specific location groups or SaaS Plans

It'd be really helpful if we were able to group together a segment of Locations (eg. all of our team-related accounts, or clients-only) in our Agency so we could grant them all access to a specific Custom Menu button.

We need the ability to group locations together that all have access to the same custom menu links. That way we would be able to add a location to a specific group and they would get access to several different custom menu items without needing us to add them to each one individually.

Have the ability to select which locations you want custom menu link to show up on. For example, if you are using google sheets that are location specific you want only those locations to see that google sheet.

I would also like the ability to control who can see these custom menu links by user type. For example, location admins can see the custom menu options, but not users.

I have links that are only relevant for location owners, not their staff.
