Goal Widget In Dashboards

Salesforce has a goal widget on their dashboards for salespeople that is very helpful. Would love to have something like this

YES!!! There's a reviews goal in the Reputation page but I can't put that goal on the main dashboard. This would be a huge addition so my staff can see how they are doing on their monthly goals
