We will be able to move off of Airtable completely if HighLevel gets some measure of lookup, rollup, and formula functionality in standard and custom objects.

We currently run all of our data-ops inside Airtable for our small car detailing business (<10 employees). Calculating commissions, piecework pay, tracking hours for staff, equipment maintenance schedules, etc. All of these typically need relational fields (which HL has now), but also need formulas, lookups and rollups. Airtable has the best-in-class structure for how it does these things comared to tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.
