A global date field, not tied to a contact is needed to set an event date for a repeating event. I want to provide the upcoming date to current registrants and to those who subscribe in between meetings. I set up a manually triggered workflow after each event to update the "next event" date in each contact....but for new registrations I cannot set the upcoming date automatically. This does not seem complicated to add a date/time field that can be set manually or with a workflow.
