It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to update a file upload field inside a Custom Object using the value of a file field from the associated Contact.

Just like we can currently map text, number, and date fields from a Contact into an Object via automation — we should be able to do the same with file fields.

Use case: When a file is uploaded to a Contact’s file field (e.g., a flight ticket PDF or ID document), an automation should be able to copy that file into the relevant field of the associated object (e.g., a Travel Booking object). This would streamline workflows and eliminate manual work.
