Please add a true call masking option in HighLevel
Many businesses like field service companies delivery teams or agencies managing contractors need their staff or technicians to call clients directly while keeping customer phone numbers private
The requested feature
• Staff can click call inside HighLevel or receive call tasks as usual
• When clicking call they only see the client’s name not the actual phone number
• The system still handles the routing and connection behind the scenes so the tech does not access the number
• Calls are still recorded logged in the conversation history and appear under the correct contact
• Admins retain full visibility for compliance and quality assurance
Why it matters
This protects customer privacy prevents data misuse and adds a professional layer of control for businesses that rely on outside technicians or temporary staff
It is a common feature in platforms like Uber and field service apps and adding it would be a major improvement for HighLevel users managing distributed teams
