Customizable CRM Dashboard

The CRM Dashboard is ok, but each client may have different needs. I would love to see a base template for the CRM contact view, but have the option to re-arrange different parts as a widget with different ways to lay them out. Would also love to have an order history option by contact to show what the contact has purchased in the past and be able to trigger things based on the order history.

reporting and dashboard should have full overlap. all reporting should be customizable and then displayable on the dashboard. I really hope that GHL doesn't do a clunky design with lots of constraints. If they were wise they would allow for full integration with excel, without chargin $.01 for every bit of webhooked information.
Nobody will ever, ever ever beat excel. It is impossible. Thousands of companies have tried, and they have all failed.
The reporting and dashboard should just be the pretty front facing view of an excel / google sheets integration. full stop. If they design any other way, it will be guaranteed frustration with decades of waiting for them to one day catch up with Excel. Designed any other way will be a fail just like everybody else has failed. Sorry I just can't stand all the contraints that SaaS offerings unnecessarily add on.

It would be great to be able to have other elements in this dashboard as well like Google Ads (that's our primary thing, not leads)...with actual revenue and conversions. Its been a struggle seeing revenue from Google Ads in the existing reports.

I agree Jason. GHL has many great features, but they fail to realize that this UI is outdated and doesn't compare to some of the other CRMs like Hubspot and Active Campaign. We just signed for the SAAS but hesitant to roll it out to our clients.

Would love to see a build in field to be able to assign different industries to each company, preferably with a drop down to avoid typos.

The dashboard should remember what date span was last selected

It would be great if the dashboard could remember what date span was last selected so that we don't need to select "Last 30 Days" every time we would like to check the dashboard data. (currently it's set to last 6 months by default every time we refresh)

Yes!
A More advanced option would be to set a custom default for your location, for example, if you're running an incentive, setting the dates to start at the beginning of the incentive period so everyone at a default sees their progress would be great!

It would be great to be able to have the dates on the dashboard "stick" so when you open the crm again the dates are the same as what you set them to last time.
