Whether someone is 'sent' a message or 'opens' an email (which in itself is not always tracked) does not mean they SAW the offer. Adding a new trigger to start a dynamic countdown timer when a trigger link is clicked means we know when they definitely saw the offer... Please add 'clicked trigger link' to the options that start a dynamic countdown timer. Thanks
