We NEED something that shows us quickly and clearly which message in a conversation is "unread". Whether thats a badge, or the message is highlighted, an option to filter all conversation items by "unread" and/or a button that pops up at the bottom of the conversation field that says "go to unread".

Because the conversation field includes email & sms campaigns and automations it can be difficult if there's alot of activity to actually see what the system is considering "unread"...
