I would like to be able to take over a conversation if it becomes too difficult for the AI to answer but not have it answer anyway. If I want to take over the convo completely, I leave it off, if I want the ai to take over from there, I toggle it back on. Thanks!

Hey, I'd love to make this suggestion: I keep an eye on most conversations the AI has with the leads, and sometimes I see that the lead will send a message post-appointment booking, which the AI will interpret as something it should follow-up on because it thinks the lead "stopped responding."
So for example an appointment will be booked, the lead will write something to which the AI will reply, but then the Lead won't give a response back. The AI thinks this is something it should send the full follow-up sequence to.
If there was a way for me to manually turn off follow-ups for that particular lead, but still keep the AI active in case the lead responds, that would be great!

Hi,
I need to stop the AI when a manual message is sent, but without compromising messages from workflows.
Nowadays, I can only automatically stop AI regarding manual messages If I also stop AI regarding workflow messages.
GHL doesn't differentiate manual messages from workflow messages. I've tried to train the bot to understand it, but without success.
Is there any workaround for this use case?

For a particular conversation, on the mobile app it is hidden in the 3-dot ellipsis menu (upper right) "Edit AI Settings" should be more obvious.

Oscar Demirörs two things here .
1. when the new conversation starts and the AI replies and if the user doesn't reply back we analyse if the last message in conversation qualifies followup - if yes then followup is generated ,
- you cannot only manually turn off followups , you can turn off the bot for a contact by this AI status icon
- Or after booking an appointment you can also turn off the bot .
