Make the AI bot understand and answer in other languages

We need to be able to utilise this bot in international regions where English is not the common used language (for me it’s Germany). Because the bot is not able to interact in other languages we are missing out on many potential as your customers!

I actually tested it in multiple languages and it worked perfectly. All you need to do it to add the language(s) in the prompt.

Matija Grujicic you can add the instruction in prompt , mirror the contact language or strictly talk only on German .

we are planning to provide option to select only one language , you can select language from dropdown and the bot will follow that .
