Abhishek Kumar the issue is that the ai replies like a robot no it’s nearly impossible to force him to handle situations that require slight emotional intelligence / NLP unlikes Gemini that does it amazingly for sales. Complaints are always “ the ai is not for us” “it sounds like a robot” “it’s incorrect” “it offers the wrong products” the thing is we always fix it and after a few weeks it happens again it’s like OpenAI model is crashing and cannot be relied on.. we’ve integrated another ai in another platform (Gemini 2.5 flash) and it was crazy how awesome it was.. please integrate Gemini urgently we really feel like we’re coming to a stage selling ai would do more worse than good if only OpenAI models are available

Abhishek Kumar Hi I'd like to Add that the conversational Ai in GPT models, are having a bit of a hard time in multi language situations, Let's say you force the AI to speak in the language he is spoken, He sometimes mixes between 2 languages in 1 message instead of Responding in 1 language..
For example Potential Lead sends message in russian or Arabic > Ai responds in Half arabic/half english or Half russian/half english.
Like a glitch.. it mainly happens with arabic & other languages.
another thing, We've noticed the generated summary mainly supports english and is glitching if the conversation is in arabic/middleeastern coutnry it summarizes sometimes in that language and sometimes in english.. Is there a way we can Input the AI the language we would want the summary in?

strictly talk in arabic only or arabic or english
or mirror customer language.
Currently summary is only generated in english we have enhancement planned

We've got prompt engineers we're not beginners.
